Full Details

Brunswick shares some characteristics of a Roquefort, but it has its own distinct flavour. As with it’s Goaty sister cheeses Harborne and Devon Blue, this is a highly seasonal cheese, and ranges from lightly floral, to more robust and sweet. Once the cheese is made (as Beenleigh Blue) Neal’s Yard Dairy allow the rind to harden naturally giving an intensely smooth and rich flavour. More solid than Harbourne and Devon and wonderfully comforting.
