Refund policy

We always want to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition and in timely fashion. It is rare, but when things go wrong we want you to know we will do everything we can to resolve things.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can find out what has gone wrong and resolve the issue. The fastest way is to call us on 0161 881 1100.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of perishable goods. We will discuss with you what the best action to take is.

Exchanges, Refunds & Replacements
Once we’ve received contact from you, we'll discuss with you how we can best resolve your issue. This might be a like for like replacement, or exchange for alternative goods. If these are not suitable, and we decide between us that a partial/full refund is the best option, if you made your purchase through our online portal you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If you made your purchase over the telephone, we will need your original payment card details to reverse the payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
