This has quickly become one of our best selling soft cheeses! A collaboration between David, Cider maker Tom Oliver, and 'Cellerman' Sam Wilkin. Using the base process of a Reblochon, the young cotswold cheese is 'washed' with a mix of brine and Tom's Yarlington Mill Cider, to allow it do develop it's delicious pinky orange crust. A tangy, rich & satisfying cheese .
