Full Details

Spenwood is named after Spencers Wood, close to Risely where Anne and Andy live and work. Anne's love of the produce of Sardinia inspired this cheese.

Made by hard pressing the curds, this is a supple thin rinded cheese. As it matures, it becomes firmer and more waxy in texture and the rind develops a nuttiness.
