This cheese renews your faith in the old British Red Leicester. A full, deep cheese matured for 18 months, long enough for salt crystals to occasionally form giving a satisfying crunch. Highly recommended. The red hue comes from the natural colourant of the Annatto seed from South America and is totally flavourless.
