Skyr Fruit Yoghurts

This yoghurt uses the milk from the farm’s Montbeliarde herd of cows and is their interpretation of the traditional Icelandic yoghurt. In fact there Fen Farm team went to Iceland to learn from a master Skyr maker and returning with a pot of their starter culture which now feeds their own yoghurt. Nothing is added to this yoghurt it is just the skimmed milk from the days milking. All that you find are generous dollops of England Preserve reduced sugar jams at the bottom of each pot. We challenge you to try not to eat it all in one sitting!
