Full Details

Rollright takes is style from the French Vacherin and its name from the stone circle in Oxfordshire near where it was first made. A band of spruce bark keeps this cheese in shape and helps lend the rind a hint of smokey bacon. This is an ideal cheese for those who like their washed rinds less pungent with a rich, creamy flavour.
