Stockans Orkney Oatcakes

We think Stockan's make some of the best Oatcakes you will ever taste! Baked for the last 100 years in Stromness, Orkney, using whole grain oats, the taste and crumbly texture of Stockan's are a superb match for our Cheeses. The Thin oatcakes are lighter and melt in the mouth, going well with soft cheeses such as Innes Brick and Sinodun Hill , whereas the more robust Stockan's Thick Oatcakes are great for the hard cheeses like Mrs Kirkhams Lancashire or Blues such as Stichelton.
