The last raw milk traditional Lancashire being farm made, Mrs Kirkham’s Multi award winning Mild & Creamy is a young cheese at about 3 months old. Graham’s cheesemaking skills were learned from his mother, who in turn learnt it from hers. Try it with a cold glass of prosecco, perfect combo.
