Full Details

This cheese was originally made by Simon in 1992 in an area not known for it's dairy and cheesemaking. However, the terrain of the farm and the Lincolnshire climate ,allowing a longer grazing season, has produced a hugely succcesful and award winning cheese. The unique Poacher shows how geographical fate can make for some wonderful surprises. Try it with our Slater Eyre Lincolnshire Plum bread, they were made for each other.
