Occasionally we like some rich, fruity and sweet preserves to complement the breads and butters we sell. However, these preserves also work brilliantly when added to our yoghurts.

These exceptional Jams are amongst our absolute favourites. Started in 2001 as an Artisan business for Farmers’ Markets, each batch is still hand pan-cooked in the Bermondsey kitchen. We have chosen two to bring to Chorlton Cheesemongers - Gooseberry & Elderflower, tart and earthy, with enough acidity to make it perfect with some of the soft cheeses; Raspberry Jam, the true taste of fresh raspberries and a fresh bright strawberry jam that tastes of summer fruit. And even better, they are low sugar, letting the taste of the fruit really come through.
