Andreas and Sokratis are third generation shepherds, working within their community to rejuvenate and save the feta making tradition. They work alongside other shepherds to turn their milk into this hugely traditional feta. Andreas trained a master cheesemaker in Italy before returning to Greece to produce this unique, community made feta.
