Another of the almost extinct Dales valley cheeses, Cotherstone has been made in it’s ancient way by Joan for more than 30 years. Rich, young and softly buttery, this beautiful mild cheese is related to Swaledale. A great addition to the cheeseboard for a different taste and texture.
