We buy our Cora Linn aged for at least 12 months, giving it a deep rich flavour. This very special clothbound cheese is sealed with Rapeseed oil rather than the traditional olive oil, giving it a slightly lighter tone, but with the same grassy, pasture rich tones you’d expect from a Spanish classic
