Ben & Sam started making cheese in 2019 after moving from Manchester back to Ben's family farm and it has rapidly become a classic Wensleydale. They learnt cheesemaking from the Hattan's at Stonebeck and Graham at Mrs Kirkham's Lancashire and the legacy of these two cheeses can be tasted in Yoredale.
