Starting their cheesemaking as a hobby when they moved from Holland to Corke, Dick & Helen’s son is now the main maker of this Artisan cheese. The look & texture will be familiar to all who know Dutch Goudas, but the lightly butterscotch sweetness is more complex and intense in this 18 month to 2 year matured cheese.
