This a hamper for those wanting to discover unusual and surprising cheeses, maybe ones you might not normally go for.
We will put together a minimum of 4 cheeses, ones that we think are at their best, unusual ones doing something they might not normally do, that have surprised us or are just down right brilliant right now.
This will change from day to day and could be a mix of cow, goat and sheep milk, blues, softs, cheddars, regionals and washed rind. They may be larger pieces or a few smaller tasters but all will be exceptional and exciting. There will always be at least 4 but maybe more if we’re think they’re great.
An indulgent box for one, generous for 2, or to serve up to four after dinner.
