Spend an evening at Studio Critical: a woodworking studio in the heart of Chorlton.

Experience the joy of carving green wood! We’ll be using locally sourced wood to create unique cheese knives, no experience needed.

As you will be making a knife, the evening will be rounded off with a selection of cheeses that your knife could be used for. Chris from Chorlton Cheesemongers bringing you three seasonal cheeses and a glass of wine, with information about the selection and on hand to answer any cheese related questions.
