Made by Hardanger Bestick, producing modern, hand crafted and unique cutlery from the stunning Hardanger Fjord, Norway.
Founded in 1958 Hardanger Bestick have been producing beautifully crafted cutlery shipped throughout the world.
We have 2 knives available.
The traditional cheese knife, elegant and stylish, ideal for both hard and soft cheese and with the distinctive double prong.
And the traditional Scandinavian Slicer, Ostehøvel, invented in Norway by Thor Bjørkland in 1925 as a way of slicing thin layers of cheese perfect for sandwich ready cheese; ideal for British hard cheese.
