Serving 180 people the base is an entire Matured Sparkenhoe Red Leicester, followed by a full round of crumbly Cornish Yarg. A quarter of tangy Mrs Kirkham’s Ruby Lancashire, supports a full soft Cashel Blue cheese, topped by creamy Tunworth and velvety Dorstone Goat, giving yourself and your guests a complete cheeseboard of tastes, strengths and textures.
