A firm favourite for Wedding’s due to it’s decorative rind of Nettle leaves, Yarg is a creamy and crumbly Cornish cheese forming the base. The next layer is a full Gubbeen, a semi-soft alpine style that is richly savoury, followed by one of our blue cheeses - either Colston Bassett Stilton, or soft Cashel Blue. Finished by our favourite topping combination of rich Tunworth, and Dorstone Goat.
