The Beesley

The base is an indulgent layer of rich and strong Mrs Kirkham’s specially matured Lancashire, followed by the buttery ‘Kit Calver’ clothbound Wensleydale from Hawes Creamery. Rich and soft Cashel blue is then topped with a full Sinodun Hill, an exceptional mild Goat cheese from the Cotswolds.
