The closest thing to the now vanished famous Suffolk butter, Fen Farm make the UK’s only Farm produced Raw Butter. Made by using a whey culture to begin the separation process, the warm unpasteurised cream is churned, and then patted into shape, producing a protein rich, complexly flavoured butter.
