Full Details

This award winning cheese translates as ‘Little Bleat’, however, this little cheese is full of fresh, lemony, mushrooms flavours. Reminiscent of Chaource, its texture can go from soft and gooey to a firm mousse. Always with an exciting full taste, Brefu Bach never disappoints. Carrie uses milk from mountain sheep grazed in Snowdonia, and from one particular herd grazed on the Llyn Peninsular.
