Acetaia San Giacomo and its barrels are housed in the stunning Corte Faragosa, an estate in the Emilia countryside founded in the mid-1500s; a place filled with history and strongly rooted to its terroir.

Originally producing Lambrusco wine, the farm began producing Balsamics for market 20 years ago, but the vinegars themselves had been made for generations, being kept purely for family use.
