Cheese, Honey & Bees

There has been a long relationship between cheese and honey, two very natural products that have complemented one other over a long period of time. So, we thought we’d bring them together for an evening here in Chorlton.

We will be joined by Dan from Dan and the Bees, a Manchester based honey producer, who’s honey our customers have been enjoying for a couple of years.

You will learn about the honey making process, the bees themselves and how Dan has harnessed the bees of Manchester to bring us such an amazing natural product.

Alongside that we will learn about the cheeses that go so well with honey and, of course, try them.

This is a social and relaxed evening, an opportunity to task plenty of questions with appropriate wines, ciders or beers (TBC) to accompany it.
