Back in November, we were contacted by Speciality Food Magazine, a fine foods industry publication to say that after an industry wide consultation of producers, customers, and Fine Cheese experts to find which businesses or individuals in the Cheese Industry had inspired them in the recent difficult times, we had been selected as one of their ‘20 Inspirational Cheese Retailers’.
After only just over 6 months trading opening in Lockdown, we were thrilled by this, especially as we had been chosen by our customers and peers, and in particular for our work focusing on environmental sustainability in the Dairy industry - named as the ‘ECO WARRIOR’.
