Friday 4th November @ Chorlton Cheesemongers 7-9pm
We are delighted to be joined by writer, photographer, poet and rural advocate Angus D Birditt who will be talking about the writing of his recent book 'A Portrait of British Cheese', a celebration of the excellence of artisan and farmhouse cheese in the British Isles, expressing it as a product of the land, its animals and its people, offering a snapshot of rural life & artisan traditions and delicious recipes.
In addition to the talk, drinks will be supplied by Jamie Hall grower & maker of Townsend Farm apple juices and ciders, who will also be on hand to describe his traditional making process.
