The second of 'Rick Stein's Food Heroes' to feature on our shelves, these handmade thick biscuits have been made to the same recipe since 1887. Using only local Scottish ingredients, they have a more rustic texture, making them a perfect accompaniment to both soft and spreadable cheeses, or our more robust hard cheeses.
