Unlike the crumbly, quickly made Wensleydales most known today, this 1930 traditional recipe has a depth of flavour, and creaminess. A slower make, and longer maturation makes this one of our favourite Wensleydales, with the occasional natural blue an added bonus. Perfect with a slice of Christmas Cake!
