Another of our cheeses coming from the area of West Cork, this is slightly softer than Gubbeen. Sometimes likened to the flavour of Munster or the richness of a Reblochon, Durrus ranges through the different seasons from creamy and firm, through to deep, soft and intense with a cocoa bitterness in the rind.
